  • Why a free consultation?
    It is a great opportunity for a meet and greet. To speak briefly about what you would like to achieve, to answer any questions or concerns, and last but not least to see if this would be the right fit for you and your Pulgreat Professional.
  • How do I book an appointment for the sessions?
    It's all completed online except for owner's suite contracts. When scheduling online full payment is due. If you would like to book your sessions with a payment plan please send a message through the contact form. Pulgreat Professional support team will be happy to assist.
  • How long are the sessions?
    Available coaching session 4,8, and VIP. 4 sessions are scheduled once a week until all sessions completed. 8 sessions has more flexibility to schedule once a week, every other week, or every two weeks until sessions completed. VIP package amount of sessions and time are customized per contract.
  • Are the sessions over the phone, in person, or video?"
    Individual sessions are via conference call or video through Zoom. In person coaching is available for owner's suite package at the business location only if space allows to follow strict Covid-19 social distancing guidelines. If business location is more than one hour away sessions will be done as a group through Zoom.
  • Are there assignments with the sessions?
    Yes, the assignments are customized just for you. It helps keep you accountable and engaged.
  • Do I have to sign a contract?
    Yes, Pulgreat Professional/Client Agreement.
  • What is a commitment fee?
    There is an initial one time $60 commitment fee once the client coaching agreement is signed and completed. The commitment fee represents the decision you have made to be committed to your self-investment. The commitment fee is credited towards your coaching sessions cost.
  • What is the normal process to get set up for sessions?
    We highly recommend first having a consultation with the Executive/Life Coach Lisa Stewart. Choose which program would be best for what you are trying to achieve. Sign Client/Pulgreat Professional agreement, make payment, and schedule coaching sessions.
  • What do I recieve once I have scheduled my sessions?
    You will receive a Welcome letter and a copy of signed Pulgreat Professional/Client agreement via email.
  • What type of payments are accepted?
    All payments accepted except cash.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, payment plans are available. How payments plans are set up is depending on number of sessions.
  • Do you offer group sessions?
    Yes, group sessions are available. Prices will depend on number of attending, area of coverage, and length of session(s).
  • Are there any membership obligations?
    There are no membership obligations.
  • What is the refund policy?
    Full refund can be refunded if requested before 1st session begins except for fee for agreement termination. Once Pulgreat Professional/Client agreement is signed and sessions begin there are no refunds.
